Detta vackra hem är utrustat med många extra för att göra din semester en att komma ihåg. Från den privata volleybollbanan där du kan utmana dina vänner och familj till ett vänligt spel till det fridfulla bubbelpoolområdet med en parkstilgrill och sittgrupp.

Detta nybyggda hem är implementerat med rostfria vitvaror, underbara tegelgolv i badrummen, hårda trägolv i vardagsrummet och mattan i sovrummen. Det finns privata däck på båda nivåerna så att du kan njuta av lite sol, eller ännu bättre, göra några OBX-stirrande om natten.

Den övre nivån i vårt hem innehåller ett stort rum med välvt tak, plattskärms CATV / DVD, Surround-ljud, Wii och skjutdörrar för att komma åt ditt stora soldäck med utsikt över mogna träd. Matsal med bord för 6; kök bar plats för 4; Gourmetkök som varje kock skulle älska med rostfria vitvaror, stort skafferi och gott om utrymme för förberedelser. 1 sovrum (Master with Queen, privat badrum, TV, DVD, 2 garderober och privat däck); halv badrum.

Den mellersta nivån i ditt hem hemifrån inkluderar 3 sovrum (1 Master Queen, privat badrum, TV, DVD och privat däck, 1 med 2 tvillingar, TV, DVD och privat däck med utsikt över träden och 1 med våningssäng, TV och Playstation med spel); hel hall badrum.

Den nedre nivån inkluderar under hus parkering, torr entré och tvätt. Detta hus har också en privat utomhusdusch och ett omklädningsområde för enkel avslipning när du kommer tillbaka från stranden.

Tides Inn är en lugn 5 minuters promenad till stranden, eller om du föredrar det, en minuts cykeltur! Till skillnad från andra OBX-strandplatser har vår strand en livräddare på vakt under sommarsäsongen. Detta fritidshus är känt för att vara ett bra ställe för en familjesemester på en lugn gata. Tänk på detta som din egen privata resa medan du fortfarande är nära OBX: s roliga shopping och restauranger.

The house worked well for 3 adult couples. It’s in a nice neighborhood for walking or biking and also to reach the trail along Duck Rd. The parking passes made it very convenient to go to the beach with all our beach supplies. We enjoyed our trip very much. Thank you Carol!

Lovely stay & responsive Host

We had a lovely stay at the Tides Inn. The location was excellent -- tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive from downtown Duck and very close to a lovely beach access point (we found the Hillcrest parking area to be very convenient with very nice facilities) and the sound. The home was as described -- very comfortable, AC worked great, clean, nice kitchen. The hot tub and outdoor shower were excellent. The host was very responsive and replied quickly to messages. We highly recommend a stay in this home!

Making Memories at Tides Inn

Tides Inn was perfect for our 2 family vacation! The teens loved the ability to go to and from the beach on foot themselves and the parents felt safe enough to allow it. Beach Vacation

Had a wonderful time at the Outer Banks. This was our first time at the Outer Banks and we loved the house and the beach. The property we rented was a great central location. We loved that we did not have to take chairs, boogie boards etc. Also, loved seeing all the deer in our neighborhood. Carol was very easy to work with and always answered any questions in a timely manner. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great beach trip!

The property was very clean still smelled like a new home and the furnishings and decor were very well done. The only thing our family would have like would be cable in all rooms where there are TV's, but we like a lot of different things to watch at the same time as well as a listing of channels. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property. It's very close to the beach, light houses and Wright Memorial. Thank you for letting us have a great vacation!

Another Great Stay at Tides Inn

This was our second year staying at the Tides Inn. We were 2 families with young kids and we love this location. Beach access is a close walk or 5 minute drive plenty with of parking and a gust pass for the parking. Close to Duck and all the stores and restaurants and shopping. The house is clean comfortable and In a quiet location set back off the road. Hot tub is a nice touch at the end of the Day , surround sound for the living room for family movie watching. Will stay here again. Carol ( Owner ) is super responsive and quick to answer any questions .

Tides Inn

The house was as described in the listing. Very spacious and in good condition as well. Bath towels/kitchen towels are not included (sheets and blankets are). Owner did notify me via email after I booked that towels were not included, however, I think it should be stated in the listing. Other than that, we had no issues. It was a nice house in a residential area. Walk to the beach was about 10 min. Beach was very nice and not crowded.

Mostly good except for the WiFi

The good - hot tub was nice, clean, private. Beach parking with pass was very convenient and very short walk after parking. Water was the most clear I’ve ever seen at obx. Neighborhood very quiet and there was a beach cart to bring stuff to the beach easier. The kinda bad - mattresses weren't great. The walk to the beach from the house isn’t bad, but to say it’s a 5 min leisurely walk is inaccurate. Says bathrooms come with towels, which was later clarified as hand towels, but for our stay, there was neither. Also, the house was a little smaller than I envisioned from the pics. The ugly - We like streaming movies at night when our families get together at obx but the WiFi is almost non existent. Never measured higher than 1MB/sec and mostly hovered around 100-200 kbs. So streaming was out. We informed the hosts right away, called spectrum ourselves (twice) when they didn’t immediately offer to resolve the problem themselves. The hosts reminded us that books, board games and some dvds are available. They did set up an appointment with spectrum to have it looked into afterwards but it doesnt sound like the problem has been resolved yet as spectrum said their lines are fine so I assume it’s a problem with the router but I’m no technician, I just know it didn’t work well for any of us the entire time. So lots of good things and a few minor bad things and then the WiFi which is really bad. Once they fix the WiFi I would recommend it to others, no problem.

Relaxing getaway in Southern Shores

We enjoyed spending our vacation at the Tides Inn! It had all of the wonderful amenities we could ask for and more. We spent time in the hot tub, biked to the beach and all of the local shops, and to the marina to watch the beautiful sunset. The surrounding trees and woods provided solitude on the back deck where we spent several moonlit nights. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation at your beautiful home!

Amazing location, gorgeous home

Our group (4 adults, 2 infants) loved our stay at Tide's Inn. The house is absolutely gorgeous, well-stocked, and located super close to the beach. Carol was incredibly responsive and so nice when we had a small issue come up. We loved everything about Tide's Inn and would highly recommend it!

This was an excellent experience. Property was exactly as described , clean and plenty of room and quiet. beds were comfy and Location was excellent , close to the beach to walk or parking passes for the parking area at hill crest if you want to drive , which was never full always plenty of parking. Close to shopping and markets in Duck . Carol was very easy to work with answered all our questions very quickly .

Outer Banks Adventure

A great place to stay near Duck, a cute town of great restaurants and fun shopping. Can walk safely to beach or a parking permit was provided. Never had a problem parking and access was right at a lifeguard station. A very clean, nicely stocked home with hot tub. Very enjoyable.
