Beachside-Ocean views & Great beach access

Newly remodeled! This designer decorated cottage is perfect for a family, group of friends, or couples getaway. The floor plan is open with lots of seating. Spacious decks are on both the front and back of the house, with a second level sunbathing deck and nice views of the ocean. Multiple beach accesses are only a block away. You’re provided a beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella to enjoy your days by the ocean. The house is also a few blocks away from several great local restaurants.

After a long drive you will appreciate the direct and easy access to the house when you reach the island.
Other things to note
The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs. (Sorry, no cats!) We do require a $100 nonrefundable fee per dog. Ask about our extended stay discount! (5 night min).
For relaxing around the house, YouTube TV is complimentary, as well as NFL Sunday Ticket, and Roku allows you to choose your favorite streaming services via your own account.

The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs for cooking. The house is located in a great part of Kitty Hawk in close proximity to the beach access. Rich, the host, was very communicative and flexible with check-in/out times. I highly recommend this property!

Super clean, large two tier deck to enjoy beautiful ocean views and the outdoors. Tastefully decorated with well stocked kitchen. Also provided beach chairs and umbrella. Host was helpful. Enjoyed our stay in Kitty Hawk.

Clean, Modern and Comfortable

Perfect furniture and amenities to make a comfortable visit. New appliances, lots of countertops and couches with game tables. So close to the ocean, and fun restaurants. Plus grocery and convenience shopping was just minutes away. Everything you could want close by.

Awesome place!!

This place was awesome! The owners were awesome to work with. One of the umbrellas was broken when we arrived I just mentioned it to them and they had another one over to us in under 15 minutes. Check in/ check out was so easy. This place was also very clean. Loved we could bring our dogs along as well. Will plan on staying with them again next year

Great stay in Kitty Hawk

We had a quick 3 days here and really enjoyed the property. It’s steps from the beach, has 2 nice decks, all new interiors, great appliances, and clean, hard surface floors. The owners were very responsive to any concerns—easy to contact and quick replies. House is fully equipped from ping ping table to beach goods. A few notes: We were 5 adults and it was close to capacity. I could see 2 adults and 4 kids. Bedrooms are nice but not super spacious. Just FYI, there’s only 1 TV (nice big screen) in the LR The house is raised so when people move (walk, jump, move things), you fel it. That was new for us. Almost a nautical sensation but VERY mild. Great place, wish we had more time there.

Beautiful home away from home

Our family decided to make a last minute New Year holiday trip and this home had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to all my questions, the home was easy find, clean and very well decorated. The beach was an even easier walk from the house and our family had the best time ringing in the New Year at this wonderful place! Will definitely plan to stay here again.

perfection vacation home

Great rental - wish we could have stayed longer! Beautifully decorated, has everything you could need, overall clean and new. Owner is very easy to work with and responsive in any way we needed help. Easy walk beach in great neighborhood quiet location close to Jockey’s Ridge sand dunes, Wright Brothers Memorial, and great restaurants (like Steamers- yum!). Only feedback is you may want to bring extra towels as we were only given two towels per room. Overall fabulous and so glad we stayed here -- you will be too! Picture perfect sunset from rooftop deck, gorgeous views from there!

1 min walk to the beach

This property is fantastic. Newly renovated and beautifully finished. The wagon they supply is perfect to get your stuff down to the beach, only a minute walk away. The deck is fenced in which is perfect for a dog or small kids. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

Perfect beach cottage for our family!

I have plenty of pros to talk about with this property…. can’t begin to think of a con, though! Communication was quick and easy with the owner. He was even able to provide early check-in without us asking for it. The cottage is super clean and looks brand new! Everything is updated. Having simple amenities was such a plus. We were so glad we did not have to pack up another bag with linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels! Those are all at the cottage for you. This is awesome- most rentals at the Outer Banks make you bring your own sheets, towels, etc. The location is perfect— a quick one block to beach access. Our 1 and 3 year olds did just fine walking to and from the beach. We loved having the provided beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys. We used them daily and they are good quality. The owners also provided k cups for coffee. We enjoyed morning coffee on the decks and my kids loved the picnic table for breakfast. The cottage is also in a great location in Kitty Hawk. There are lots of great restaurants, shops, and coffee places a short car ride away. Our family of four fit easily in the cottage and we definitely could have had another couple and their child(ren) join us as well. We would definitely stay here again!
