Location! Location! Location! Escape to this beautiful beach home only 2 ½ blocks from the ocean with direct access to the beach life-guarded during the summer season. Large 39-foot in-ground pool with lounge chairs. Enclosed outdoor shower! Bike trails, basketball, tennis courts, bocce, and playground nearby. Large front porch with gated sundeck, screened in sitting area with picnic table, gas grill and lots of privacy. Game room includes air hockey, ping pong, Xbox One and karaoke machine. Beautifully-maintained with Trex decking.

Parking for 4 cars; large recreation room with large HD CATV, Blu-ray player, Xbox One, karaoke machine, ping-pong table, air hockey, washer/dryer, beverage refrigerator, and half bath. Ductless cooling/heating system. Large in-ground salt water pool with 5 recliners, table with umbrella and 6 chairs, cornhole game. Enclosed outdoor shower.

Level 2:
Great room with kitchen and open living/dining area; electric fireplace; vaulted wood ceiling; large 55"Samsung Curved CA HDTV and Blu-ray player; 4 bedrooms (2 with Queens and 2 with Twins); 2 full baths; screened porch and sundeck with picnic table, chairs, and gas grill.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
