The Space:

Welcome to Salty 7! Thought, care, and attention to detail have gone into every element of this home from the decor to the amenities. Step inside to the beautifully decorated and coastal ambience of Salty 7, where you can't help but relax into OBX vacation mode. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals for your stay, which can be enjoyed together in the dining area or al fresco in the fresh air. The living area is a comfortable place to watch movies in the evening, or read a book in the mornings while enjoying the Carolina sunlight streaming in the windows.



Spread throughout the home are 7 delightful bedrooms, laid out perfectly for a variety of family needs. There are 4 king bedrooms (2 have private ensuite full baths), 2 pyramid bunk rooms, and a queen room. Access to bathrooms are steps away, so convenience is available for everyone.



Send the competitors in your family down to the game room, where they can challenge each other to a round of pool. The kitchenette is stocked to make snack time or poolside drinks super easy, with a full size fridge, sink, microwave, and pots and pans easily available.



Step outside and enjoy the sparkling private pool and hot tub. Sunloungers offer the perfect place to work on your suntan, and a cozy shaded seating area provides relief from the sun. An outdoor shower makes rinsing sand off a breeze, ensuring the home is comfortably sand free for your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



Pets are welcome! Bring 1 dog for free. If bringing more than one dog, please message us about the applicable fee.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
