VÀlkommen till vÄr nyligen ombyggda GEM - Ligger direkt mellan sundet och havet med en bekvÀm promenad till endera. En snabb promenad till öst tar dig direkt till en Beach Access-punkt. StrÀnderna i Duck Àr rena och rymliga. I vÀst tar din korta promenad dig till ljudet dÀr det Àr gÄngavstÄnd till strandpromenaden fylld med shopping, restauranger och barer.

Om du vÀljer att bo i, har ditt hem hemifrÄn alla bekvÀmligheter du behöver för en veckas avkoppling och minnen. DÀck omger huset. Det övre dÀcket ovanpÄ huset kommer att vara din favoritplats. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe och titta pÄ solen gÄ upp över havet eller pÄ din kvÀllscoctail och sÀga adjö till solen som det gÄr över sundet.

Den nyinstallerade 12 'x 25'-poolen kommer sÀkert att bli en hit för dina familjemedlemmar utanför stranden, sÀrskilt vid enstaka blÄsig dag. Utomhusspel pÄ platsen inkluderar majshÄl, burkstopp, boogiebrÀdor för pool eller hav. Det finns ett pop-up tÀlt pÄ plats som du Àr vÀlkommen att ta med till stranden. Det finns 2 grillar för utomhusmatlagning, 1 kol och 1 propan.

SandMor har tvÄ nivÄer. PÄ övervÄningen finns ett rymligt kök och öppen matsal / familjerum. Köket Àr utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet, en Keurig och en Ninja-mixer och alla redskap du kan behöva. De tre sovrummen pÄ övervÄningen inkluderar 1 Master med privat badrum. De andra 2 sovrummen sover 2 vardera och ligger tvÀrs över hallen frÄn det 2: a hela badet.

PÄ den lÀgre nivÄn finns ett familjelokal med brÀdspel, ett ping pongbord och ett biljardbord. Helt nya HE-tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare finns utanför spelrummet. Varje sovrum har en vÄningssÀng i pyramid (full över tvÄ enkelsÀngar) och en enkelsÀng. Det finns ett badrum pÄ den lÀgre nivÄn. UppsÀttningen Àr perfekt för flera familjer - vuxna pÄ övervÄningen, barn i bottenvÄningen.

PlattskÀrms-TV i alla rum. Gratis internet i hela fastigheten.

Din tid tillbringade i Duck kommer att ÄterstÀllas som din familj behöver. Duck har aktiviteter i stan hela tiden. Rabatter tillgÀngliga för vattenskidor och Wakeboard. Cykel- och bÄtuthyrningsföretag finns i hela samhÀllet. 20 minuters bilresa söderut till Historical Kitty Hawk och 20 minuters bilresa norrut till de vilda hÀstar i Corolla. 30 minuters bilresa inÄt till H2OBX, Outer Banks senaste vattenpark.

Amazing Stay

The stay was great, easy walk to Duck, the beach, and yummy food. Nice relaxing trip, kids had a blast in the game room, and having the door to close off the lower floor and the noise was an added plus. Hoping to go back again in the future.

Girls Trip

We stayed here for a girls trip. The host was amazing! She responded fast and answered all my questions! The house was super cute, clean and plenty of space. Close walk to the beach or there was parking at the end by the beach. Host supplies towels, sheets, soaps, laundry supplies , and a few snacks. We are hoping to come back for another girls trip!

Family get-away

Our stay was truly memorable. Our family had lots of fun. The location was convenient, short walking distance to the beach, we were able to use the cart and chairs available at the property to use. Having a swimming pool at the property was a nice addition as it gave us the option of just hanging out and enjoy lunch/dinner outside. They have lots of complementary games that our family were able to use and we were entertained for the duration of our stay - the pool table and ping pong was a great hit, having an arcade table brought us nostalgia. The third floor deck has nice views for sunsets. While the inside of the house was very clean, we saw cobwebs in screened porch area. Overall it’s a great property and Lisa responds quickly to questions.

Responsive Host and Great Location

Host was very responsive and easy to talk to. We unfortunately had bad weather during our trip, so we used the heated pool and hot tub quite a bit. Both were in good shape. The beach was easy to access. We were unable to really spend any time on the beach due to the weather, but there were beach supplies provided, including a wagon that would have been very helpful! House was very clean and all the furniture was comfy. Bottom line, I would most definitely visit again, hopefully with better weather

Wonderful house

This is a terrific place — clean and spacious, super comfortable, perfect location. We loved being able to walk to both the beach and to the sound and had an amazing time in the (heated) pool and hot tub. Look forward to returning.

Nice Beach House

We did a family trip with a group of 10 and found this house to have enough space for everyone. The house is in good shape and looks nicer in person than it does in the pictures. Location is perfect - about equal distance to the beach and sound and within walking distance of the shops in Duck. Only complaint is that the living room is a bit small for a group of our size.

Amazing Stay in Duck!

We loved our stay here! The house was even better than we expected - clean, modern, and with plenty of room for our extended family to gather - and have space. The older kids loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool, and the walk to the beach was easy and quick. The house is close to everything in Duck.

Great Beach house and location!!!

We had a great family vacation at this beach house! Perfect amount of space for 6 Adults and 5 children! Lisa is amazing to work with. We even got to check in early which was a huge benefit since we were traveling with a toddler. The house is exactly as described if not better! The location is right in the middle of town and walking distance to the beach which we loved! The pool and hot tub is an added bonus and the kids loved it! We are already planning our next trip and hope to be at this house again!

Family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the ocean, sound and downtown Duck. The house was plenty big enough for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids- would definitely recommend!

Fishing/grilling holiday wknd

While we booked our wknd to do a lot of fishing, the weather had other plans for us. Despite the bad weather, we had windows where we were able to sit around the fire pit, swim in the pool, and use the heated jacuzzi. When it rained, we played pool, ping pong, darts, cards, etc. We definitely had fun although we couldn't fish as much as we wanted. We would book this place again!

We really enjoyed our time in this home. It had plenty of space for us, and it was really clean. The weather was fairly bad while we were there, but the kids enjoyed the game room. The pool was very nice, too. Thanks so much!

Fall Getaway

Great house with everything you need. The weather was unseasonably warm for the weekend so we took advantage of the pool heater and hot tub. Great location

House Beach 2022

We had an amazing time on this trip. The house was perfect for our group. The beach was in walking distance, as are some shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all! We really enjoyed the house and Lisa was incredibly easy to communicate with!

Everything was great. Within walking distance to shops and ice cream. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were a savior for down days with the kids. They loved it. Host was amazing. Love this house and location

This house was perfect for us. It was close to shops and also close to the beach. I love the small parking area near the beach. Even though it is only a very short walk to the beach, it was nice to park next to the beach with a toddler and a baby. The house was big enough for 4 couples and 5 kids. The private pool and hot tub were great for family time after a long day at the beach. The house and location made this trip one of our best beach trips!

We were very happy with the location.The house had ants all over the pool area and in the kitchen of the house. The outdoor furniture was old and in bad shape. The hot tub was unusable because the temperature was 104 degrees. I also thought the beds should have been made especially after a long drive and traveling with children!
