This 3-story townhome centrally located in Kitty Hawk has been fully renovated on 2024 and offers direct beach access and panoramic ocean views! The top floor dazzles with an open-concept kitchen, a dining area for six, a smart TV lounge, and a deck perfect for sunrise coffee. The second floor offers two serene bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy exclusive access to a sparkling pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, fitness center & clubhouse—all within your tranquil oceanfront community. Steps from Outer Banks adventures and top restaurants, with contactless check-in, parking for 2-3 cars, and a dedicated host ready to elevate your stay. Book now and let every moment be postcard-perfect!

Bed linens and bath towels are supplied for your stay. Beach towels are not provided.

A variety of beach chairs and toys are provided for guests to enjoy. The garage includes an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing sand away after a day at the shore. Additionally, the laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are situated in the garage.

The second floor contains two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

- The first bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony.
- The second bedroom offers two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
- Both rooms include generous closets and televisions.

Ascending to the third floor reveals an open-concept living area with a lounge space and entertainment setup, a dining area accommodating six guests, and a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an island with two bar stools. This level also boasts a deck showcasing panoramic ocean vistas, complete with outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining area.

Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of one locked owner's closet.

Please note that this is a townhome with 3 floors, so there are quite a few stairs. This may not be ideal for small children or elderly individuals who are not mobile.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Very nice unit for a couple. Bathrooms are small but very clean. Stairs would be a challenge for older adults and small children as main living area is on the 3rd floor. Numeric keypad made getting into the property a breeze.

First Time in OBX! :)

The host was very responsive and friendly! The place was so peaceful and we LOVED how pet friendly it is - lots of grassy areas for our fur baby to use the bathroom and doggie bags around the complex to use! Walking distance to the beach! Would highly recommend this house to anyone! Thank you for the hospitality!
