It was only about 1.5 hours to the Lava Beds NM, so we took a day trip down there, as well. “10 stars!!! What a beautiful cottage house. The decor was so much fun and everywhere I looked I discovered fun details. The owner provided everything one could ever dream of plus so many extra touches like an extra toothbrush, toiletries, kitchen items like baggies and foil, cold water in frig and treats. I stayed 3 nights to hike Crater Lake and location was perfect. I look forward to my next stay. Thank you so much for making my vacation extra extra special”

“The cabin was amazing! Very cool log cabin vibe with all of the decorations to make you feel like you're roughing it in the woods but with all the modern convenience to make it comfortable. The outdoor bathtub and grilling area were standouts. The cabin actually does have AC even though the listing says it doesn't so that was a relief for a summer getaway. “Pros: Check-in was keyless and easy. Beds were fine, kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. The lake views were also a draw for sure, and it was quiet. Cons: It was a hot day and the inside of the house was VERY warm (88 F). Despite what was advertised, there is NOT central AC. There is a small mobile Toshiba unit in the back bedroom, but it was off. When we turned it on it leaked and sprayed water everywhere (which someone knew, because there was a towel on the floor under it). No...

“The place was well stocked and comfortable. It was also closely located to the Wood River Reserve which mae walks and birding pleasant. The one thing I had not researched prior was the availability of restaurants in the area so I was glad thete was a Dollar General nearby.”

“Such a cozy place to stay in between our visits to Crater Lake NP! The coffee bar was such a nice touch, and unexpected - but it was a big hit with everyone! The games, both inside and in the back yard, were fun to have, and the local canvas pictures gave us ideas for hikes and were great to look at. Overall, a wonderful stay!”

“The listing accurately describes a quirky little historic home with lots of character! We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be incredibly convenient. Beautiful view of the lake. The historic nature of the home meant some interior doors were a little sticky, it wasn't perfectly free of dust in some corners, and bathroom a little cramped, but all to be expected with an older home such as this, it was still quite acceptable and what we expected. “Nice little cabin in the woods! The cabin is in a neighborhood but the houses are far apart. The only downside to the location is that it is about 45 minutes away from Klamath falls. So pick up supplies before you go. Very quiet and peaceful. ”

“The house was big enough to fit our entire family (3 generations under the same roof!), plenty of bedrooms and even bonus kids room, with fun toys (that was well used!. For the adults, we used the pool table for many hours of fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a tray of snacks stuff, very generous! ”
