"Everything was good at Crowne Plaza Harrogate, the only small thing would be the water pressure from the shower wasn't very good. I was on the 11th Floor. If this had been better, it would have been 5 stars."

"Both the double bed and the extra beds for my teens were very comfortable. The room was spacious and well furnished, with good storage, and both a desk and a table. There was a nice lounge/breakfast area overlooking the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let me check the room an extra time a few hours after checking out, as I thought I had forgotten something! Also had free luggage storage both before checking in and after checking out. Would absolutely stay again!"
