“Jättefint hotell i hjärtat av Knoxville med gångavstånd till allt. Alldeles runt hörnet ligger Market Square där det finns gott om härliga restauranger. Fint och rymligt rum. Härlig takbar på översta våningen av hotellet.”

“The room was fairly large with a very clean bathroom (no mildew, yea!). Had a full Starbucks on premise which was great. A nice lobby where people were chilling and a nice long high table where people used their laptops (always full). We walk to University of TN and Market Square easily, so perfect location for us. They have construction doing on which closed the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise. The parking garage is tight, but we took the truck in fine, but carefully.”

“Only two issues one was the TV. Washed out and tough on the eyes. No fan in bathroom. Clean room, hallways and walk ways. Floors in lobby and restaurant always clean. Staff: Always helpful and pleasant. Breakfast: Oatmeal is ample and delicious. Traditional bacon, egg, potatoes and bread great. Bar: NA Computer and printer available to print airline tickets.”

“My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

“It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and...

“The room was great! Very conveniently located. Didn’t particularly like the elevator system, it worked fine, my grandkids just like having the chance to push floor numbers! 😆”

“Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!”

“A/C was a kind of old, so it was a little bit noisy.”

“Everything was good. Our air conditioner was a bit noisy but kept the room cool. Only other negative people next to us were noisy”

“Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”
