“We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help.
