“So this review may be a little strange but I think it is going to be valuable for future individuals looking for a place. I put 5 stars for everything because I want to make sure this is seen however we didn’t actually end up staying here as we had planned. Due to a comedy of errors and issues, through no fault of the host or our own we ended up not staying at this property. We did see it and everything matched the description very well as far as the description of the property, location, etc....

“Overall is was good. Could have been cleaned a little better. Lot of dust in places and some of the sheets had hair on them. Location was perfect and very quiet. We would book again”

“The location was absolutely perfect- within walking distance to Vanderbilt, Belmont and we even trekked by foot down to Broadway. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed!! The popcorn, oatmeal and breakfast bars were a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy in a pinch :) We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“Such a great cottage! Excellent communication with host who even left water and snacks. Kayaks were available but it was far too windy. The porch is a phenomenal place to relax with a book and there was a selection to choose from! Flyers were available for local restaurants and activities. ”

“My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again ”

“It was a sweet little cabin with a very cozy feel. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for our taste but we made it work for a couple of nights. We enjoyed our stay!”
