“The blue heron is the perfect name for this beautiful blue house on Lincoln lake! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and had anything you’d like and need for a cozy lakeside vacation! We enjoyed being out in the quiet but close to Walmart and Pritchards distillery (a must on your stay!)”

“Very charming place to stay, there was so much detail that our hosts implemented to make us feel right at home, they are very sweet people. This cottage is in a very convenient and gorgeous setting right by the water, we didn’t have to watch tv with all of the beautiful wildlife to see from the big back porch (this was our favorite spot) the ducks were a hoot. We will definitely be returning in the near future. ”

“This little cottage was so clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of nice bath towels, the paper towels and tissue were good & not the cheap thin stuff, the kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect. It was nice and quiet and in a safe area. I wish the outside table had been outside instead of inside. It was a little small to eat at. But it would’ve been perfect for outside in the evening as the weather was nice. And the furniture was a little off for tv...

“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”
