“The room was modern, clean and well maintained. This is a family friendly hotel. I definitely recommend it.”

“New hotel, good location without being in the middle of everything. Felt safe and quiet. Friendly staff at check-in. Room could have been cleaner, floor was a little dusty. Breakfast was grab & go and didn’t have that many options to choose from.”

“The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response.”

“I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.”

“Eric was the best. We asked for early check in and late check out and he was beyond accommodating. The 3 bedroom cabin was perfect for our needs. VERY clean and had everything we needed. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were a huge plus! The property was well maintained and the pool was great. Lots of outside seating with plenty of chairs and picnic tables. We liked it so much, we talked about coming back next year! My 4yr & 2yr old grandsons said it was the best vacation house ever! Lots of grassy areas to...

“We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!”

“Quiet. Only complaint was bathroom In pool area needs a good cleaning but it was at the end of the day so that might have been why it was so bad. Water pressure in showers is light.”

“I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. “The drinks and food are crazy overpriced. Paid $20 for a pina colada. I'm not kidding you $20! Eat dinner at this woodfire grill that's supposed to be there "fancy restaurant" it was not fancy the food was terrible. The serving staff, the blessing staff, the hostess, the kitchen staff, and the manager of the restaurant all seemed like they had no idea what was going on. “We arrived for check in and upon walking in I was overcome by nausiatingly horrible smell. It was so intense and awful that as I was handing my license to the teenager behind the counter, I needed to make a break for it to the bathroom. I had to leave the facility and have my daughter (adult) return to collect my license so we could leave. The place not only smelled but also seems very run down. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!”
