“Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. “The property is lovely, plenty of room for me, my mother and my dog. Pauline goes above with lovely extras incluidng eggs, milk ankd cake. Home made biscuits, plenty of towels and bowls for the dog. Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay .was a nice property and close to shops and bars. Tv was to high on wall we had to strain our necks . Could do with thicker curtains in front bedroom as you can see through them when light on . But otherwise very happy”

“Häftig gammal byggnad men det gjorde nog att de har svårt att fixa bra ventilation. Det var jättevarmt och kvalmigt i rummet, badrummet kändes hela tiden fuktigt. Dålig ljudisolering ut till korridoren och till rummet ovanför. Inga barnstolar tillgängliga så det var svårt att äta i lägenheten med en 1-åring. Ligger lite utanför centrum, om jag skulle åka till Manchester igen skulle jag nog inte välja samma hotell kanske mest pga läget.”
