“This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

“The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around.
The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...

“The apartment was great and worked well for my business trip in Manchester.
It was a great size and all the fixtures and fittings were of a decent quality, comfortable bed, sofa etc.
My only gripe was the expensive parking to the accommodation (this isn't the fault of the accommodation) and also the smell of 'sweet tabacco' coming from a neighbour, this was a challenge since it was so warm and I wanted the wonder patio doors open.
Would recommend to anyone.”

8/10 Bra
Good with two rooms and two bathrooms. There were few plates and utensils. We were 4 and there was only 4 of everything so it was impractical sometimes. Comfortable and practical. With enough space. We were missing somewhere to hang the jackets and umbrellas since it was raining during our whole stay, we did not have any place to hang the wet clothes or leave our shoes at the entrance.
