Perfect location

We were within walking distance to poi pu beach, with beach equipment rentals and restaurants as well. Our condo was equipped with everything we would need, except for boogie boards and snorkel gear. But you could rent them right down the street

Nihi Kai getaway

we like these units for their amenities and their proximity to Poipu's great beaches; the units are clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful, and the grounds are beautifully kept; they're also a short drive to both excellent shopping, and the many great restaurants of Old Town Koloa

Better than expected

As soon as you open the balcony sliding glass door over looking the ocean, you’ll know you choose well. Listening to the crashing waves and watching rainbows fade in and out was an every morning treat. This is an amazing gem of a condo.

This condo is at a great location, walking distance to the beach. It has a nice view of the ocean. It is very spacious for four people and nice amenities. The beds are comfortable and clean. However, the unit does need some upgrades. There were big stains on the carpet, one of the sink drains is all rusted, all the clothes washed in the washer came out with a very strong unpleasant smell, all the sofa and chair cushions are very old, rough, and uncomfortable, and the lights are very dim so it is quite dark inside. With some updates, this would be a very nice place to stay by the beach.

Great location

Very well located unit within a very well located property. Nice ocean view. Saw whales from our balcony! Easy walking distance to Brenneke’s beach with a cool restaurant/bar. 5 minute drive to shopping and multiple restaurants.

Fantastic location and well equipped condo

My family had a great time in this Poipu condo. The location can't be beat! You are steps from the beach and the pool. You can hear the ocean at night! It is well equipped. We are a family of 4 and having some beach chairs available was great. We would come back any time. Just know that there is no air conditioning. There are plenty of fans and the ocean breeze really helps it cool down at night.

Fantastic Waterfront Location!

You can't beat this location. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Next to popular beaches and a great restaurant. I was surprised there was no AC. Besides that, a great property!

Just what you expect

Great location and nice size unit for 4 people. Sunsets are perfect from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked with even an insta pot. The beds were comfy and the fans appreciated especially since no AC. Could not find any info on the WIFI but some sites say it has WIFI and some not. Owners seem to be updating so it still needs some TLC. Carpet is in bad shape and could use a good cleaning but overall, it was perfect for what we needed.

Great location, but hot

The location of the property was perfect for walking to Poipu and enjoying the beach. Loved how close it was to the pool. Our kids loved it. Very clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean and the sunsets were exactly what you dream of when going to Hawaii. It does not have any air conditioning. The week we were there the winds were not at the right direction to cool the place. It got hot around 3p and would get cool again around 2 am. Our friends had a non-AC unit in the 400s. Theirs was pleasantly cool as the winds went directly through it.

Great location and beautiful condo

The condo was wonderful and great view. Short distance from the beach and overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful time it just went to fast. I didn't know about not having air conditioning but didn't miss it at all with the ceiling fans it was very comfortable.

Good stay

Very close to Poipu beach which has lots of fish if you like to snorkel. Totally worth trying to don fins on a rocky beach. My husband the architect thinks the condo needs some updating, but I was fine with it. There were only the two of us, so I used the second bathroom as my own and used the second bedroom as my dressing room. I felt like a queen and that makes for a great vacation! Bring small sized paper plates as there are only four. Also there were screeching children in the pool three days and evenings in a row (for hours). This impinged our enjoyment and relaxation. The manager was surprised to hear our complaint though why I can't imagine as the office is next to the pool. So we either 1) turned up the tv so loud it drowned them out or 2) took our exhausted bodies out to get a drink at the excellent Henneckes Beach Bar. But with the exception of the screeching children days it was great. For those who are concerned about lack of air conditioning, don't be. I'm the queen of hot flashes and was very comfortable.

Beautiful... very close to the ocean... saw sea turtles and dolphins

The Lanai faced the ocean and we had sunsets almost every night (it was cloudy a couple of nights). The beds were comfy and had floor fans to keep you cool (no air conditioning but most don't have it anyways). The condo is very nice... nice kitchen...There is also a nice swimming pool. It was perfect for us. Thanks from Nevada. Kelly
