"The hotel was better 2023. The hotel advertise that they have the a la carte restaurants. We stayed for four days and was allowed to have ONE meal at the a la carte. IF we wanted to make reservations for more, only lunch was available and we had to pay full price for the food. Even though the restaurants were empty at lunch time. We stayed at the hotel last year as well and this was new for us. Last year we had all our lunches at the a la carte, without making any reservations, and we had 3 dinners (stayed for 4 nights) at the a la carte. This was the reason we booked the hotel this year. Also this year, all dishes was not included in the AI even though they had the same price level as other dishes. The breakfast buffe is good, but the dinner buffe is 3*, not 5*. All in all, the service is made to make it easy for the hotel and not with the guest as the number one priority. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and service minded. The room was gorgeous and it was amazing to have a calm area around the pool just outside the patio. There is a few restaurants on the resorts that was 10/10 as well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. Will defined returning to Elissa! "

"Hotellet är en fantastisk hotell för vuxna. Den är inte lika fantastisk för barn, då den inte är riktigt anpassad. Restaurangerna erbjöd på mycket gott. Det var jobbigt att vistas i den stora matsalen, då denna har hög tak och det var högljudd. Det som var bäst var café med de bästa servitörerna Maria och Josefine. Barerna var underbara och Elias var absolut den bästa bartender. "

"Vårt rum var väldigt litet. Dörren till badrummet gick inte att öppna helt för att toalettstolen stod ivägen. Balkongen kunde man klarat sej utan för det var storm mest hela tiden. Men sen var allting toppen. All personal var supertrevlig. 100% hjälpsamma. Frukosten var toppen. Nära till allt. Ibland låg vi på den blåsiga stranden. Och ibland på den lugna bara runt hörnet. Kostade 15 euro för två stolar och parasoll. Vi gick till hamnen och gamla stan. Inte långt. Tog taxi hem på kvällarna för ca 7-8 euro. Skulle absolut rekommendera hotellet. "
