“We had to find a last minute hotel to stay for one night in Rhodes due to late arrival. The owner of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our late arrival at night. She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. We only stayed for one night but could definitely stay longer. Overall very good service and accommodation.”

“Amazing place in Old Town Rhodes. You get to stay within the city walls where cars aren't allowed to drive. You have to walk everywhere but the beauty of the roads and houses make it worth it. The property itself was big with plenty of room to spread out and relax. There was a private back patio and a shared front patio that are beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to really experience old town roads the right way.”

"The service in the restaurant was consistently disappointing. We were shown to our table by the staff and naturally assumed they would take our drink order immediately, but unfortunately, they did not. We often had to get the staff’s attention ourselves in order to receive cutlery or place drink orders. On several occasions, orders were incomplete or incorrect, such as missing cutlery for one guest, receiving the wrong type of drinks and not receiving all the drinks that were ordered, hardly surprising, since the waiter turned and left before we had even finished ordering. We expected a higher level of service and attentiveness from the restaurant staff. In addition, the pool area at The Dome was closed throughout our entire stay. This was not communicated to us in advance, nor was it clearly stated on the hotel’s website. We asked and the staff nor the reception did not know why it was closed. Our children were particularly disappointed, as they had been looking forward to using the pool during our holiday."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole stay and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredible at all of the restaurants. So much choice in the buffet everyday. We had some of the best meals ever at the Asien and Greek restaurants in particular. Overall very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The best all-inclusive holiday we’ve ever had!"

"Barn- och vuxenvänligt hotell på en fantastisk plats. Mycket att både göra och äta för stora och små. Privat strand och rymliga poolpmråden. God mat och flera olika restauranger ingick i all-inclusive. Personalen verkade lite trötta eller sura men var aldrig otrevliga. Lite för hård säng. "
