“Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Very close to Shibuya, yet a quite back street with a great number of restaurants and bars. An unexpected plus was the washing machine / tumble dryer in the room. Great for longer stays. However a bit bad ventilation in the room”

“I have no complaints about my stay here. The bed was super comfortable and it didn’t make any noise when moving around/going to the bathroom or alike.
Also, the bar is a perfect place to meet new people, as it is a cafe, lunch place, bar with happy hour etc.
The best thing was however the staff - so helpful and genuine. They helped you to their fullest ability even if you’ve got many requests.

“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

“This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....
