“Nice lovely staff”

“Great location - near a mall and near the border to Singapore. However the toilet’s flushing system didn’t work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didn’t really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about. ”

“The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the...

“Spacious room for a family of 4. Only complaint was the unit floor is dusty and not cleaned. Feet got black within 20min. We have to mop floor ourself”

“The apartment was good, some comments are the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked space for things. The beds were big and comfortable but ridiculously low. The absolute biggest negative was the honking from the train station and border control area, it was all the time and really annoying especially all night and it's not short honking but people hang on to the honking, ridiculous. It was quite easy to go to the mall even though there is a big construction project next door.”

“Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc) Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels). Ample food options at the ground level as well.”
