"Nice boutique hotel with perfect location in old town."

"The hotel didn’t live up to my expectations. The check in was way too slow. Guests were waiting but the reception continued in a really really slow pace. How hard can it be to take a copy of a passport, get the payment and leave a receipt and a key? As a Hotels.com Silver member I was supposed to get a bottle of wine. I forgot to remind them but none showed up. The AC didn’t work or they shut it off during every nights. If I pay for a room with AC, I expect to get that. The wifi also failed several times."

Spa avdelning inriktad på behandlingar, ingen tillgänglighet till pool eller spapool. Bar inriktad på kaffe, sparsamt med utbud av alkoholhaltiga drycker. Bra parkering. Nära till Tunnel of life. Lätt att gå till spårvagn och åka till centrum."
