"Hotel Emen was one of the best stays we have ever had! Fantastic service and friendly staff. We actually cancelled our planned trip to Dubrovnik to stay another night, just because of the staff and that we loved Mostar so much. The breakfast was lovely and we ate at the restaurant two nights. Both me and my three kids (21, 19 and 16) wants to go back! "

"Booked a Double Room Deluxe with the terrace but in the end we got a smaller room with a "french balcony". Meanwhile we also asked for an extra bed before arrival in the room (with a confirmation from the hotel 9 months ago that it should be fine), when arrived no extra-bed was in the room, not even 3h after check-in. When the extra bed finally arrived after talking with the reception, it surprisingly was just a mattress on the floor! To add, a bottle of wine was also mention to be in the room, not even that was added, neither after we commented it at the 2nd day. Room wasn´t even cleaned after our first night!"
