âThis was our fourth hotel in Turkey during this trip. We loved the staff and how convenient the hotel is . The only thing we didnât like about Hanna hotel is the breakfast. So blunt the same boring items everyday. â

âStayso just became one of our favorite hotels. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one, and they succeeded.
They were patient and accomodating.
The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect.
The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable.
Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there...

LĂ„ngt till nĂ€stan allt men Ă€ndĂ„ enbart 10-15 minuter till Taksim (frĂ„n vart man kan ta sig överallt). De erbjöd Ă€ven en kostnadsfri transport dit varje dag vid olika tider vilket underlĂ€ttade att det lĂ„g lĂ„ngt bort. Lite missnöjd med att vi fick informationen vid bokningen att vi har 25% pĂ„ alla spa behandlingar men visar sig att det inte alls stĂ€mmer vĂ€l...

âI really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!â

"We stayed at Decamondo Galata for five days with our family. Overall, I would rate our experience a 6 out of 10.
The hotel certainly has charm and historyâhoused in a building over 1,000 years old, which adds a unique character. However, the age of the structure also means that soundproofing is lacking. We stayed on the third floor, directly beneath the restaurant, and unfortunately, we could hear noise from above throughout our stay. The sound of the staff door opening and closing early in the morning, as well as chairs being moved in the evening, disrupted our rest.
Additionally, the cot provided for our four-year-old son was too small, which made sleeping arrangements challenging. The king-size bed was also not very comfortable, which further impacted our overall rest.
On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable, and the location is excellentâjust a short walk to Galata Tower and close to the metro. The staff were friendly and welcoming, both at reception and in the restaurant. However, the restaurant team did seem understaffed at times, which led to delays during breakfast service.
While there were definitely some positives, the noise issues and lack of comfort made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, we would likely look for alternative accommodation if visiting Istanbul again."
