“We had in mind that it was a 2-star hotel but some basic things like being clean was something we expected. The towels were dirty with stains on them and when we asked to get them changed out they said they had to go in the basement and wash some because they didn’t have more towels to give.
The towels they brought the day after were even more stained and even had a giant hole in it (see the picture). The furniture had stains on them and we avoided sitting on them at all costs.

Noisy bathroom pipes all day and all night, King mattress on a queen base, Kettle didn't work, no sleeping pillows, we were told to sleep om the dress pillows..
Maybe I'm being picky.. but surely there is a difference between a sleeping pillow with pillowcases that match the fitted sheet and the 10 inch thick dress pillow that matches the quilt..
It felt like they are just starting out and surely it will get better with time..”
