“Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Parking is valet and very convenient and safe. Hotel is in a great location. Room and bathroom were clean and nice, just enough space for a hotel room. I don’t have any con or critique to provide. My stay was excellent. I will be staying here again whenever I’m in the L.A. area. Highly recommend!”

“We had in mind that it was a 2-star hotel but some basic things like being clean was something we expected. The towels were dirty with stains on them and when we asked to get them changed out they said they had to go in the basement and wash some because they didn’t have more towels to give. The towels they brought the day after were even more stained and even had a giant hole in it (see the picture). The furniture had stains on them and we avoided sitting on them at all costs.
