“There’s no fridge in the room. If you have food that needs to stay cold, the staff will keep it in their fridge in the back. No shampoo in the room either. The room phone didn’t work. Besides that, the staffs are very friendly and nice. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. “Friendly to check in, clean, great location! ”

“We had in mind that it was a 2-star hotel but some basic things like being clean was something we expected. The towels were dirty with stains on them and when we asked to get them changed out they said they had to go in the basement and wash some because they didn’t have more towels to give.
