"We had in mind that it was a 2-star hotel but some basic things like being clean was something we expected. The towels were dirty with stains on them and when we asked to get them changed out they said they had to go in the basement and wash some because they didnât have more towels to give.
The towels they brought the day after were even more stained and even had a giant hole in it (see the picture). The furniture had stains on them and we avoided sitting on them at all costs.
You could hear all the noises that were going on outside of the room and the area was a bit sketchy with some guests clearly being intoxicated/high.
The positives with the hotel was the closeness to Downtown and the fact they had free parking in the garage. Other than that it was definitely not worth it."
