Why choose our apartment over a hotel room:
Staying at our apartment is much better than staying at a hotel because of the great location, price (compared to similar size properties) and facilities (best gym in Ao Nang and best Nice Pool Access view in Ao Nang. Nothing else can compare). This apartment has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom en suite, 43 inch smart 2 TV (for watching Netflix/You tube/premium cable channels), full kitchen. (We have everything you need in the kitchen) Also free private Wi-Fi in the room

1. Location, location and location: This is a newly built condominium located in the prime area of Ao Nang shopping mall and is only 300 meters from the most popular Ao Nang beach. There is clean water to swim at the beach and a popular sunset spot. In our area there are McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway restaurant, 7-11, all kinds of restaurants (especially 8.89 cafe which is the most popular restaurant in this area), banks and other shops located at our main entrance. So you can easily shop and come back to the apartment to relax, watch the sunset from the apartment balcony or take a dip in the Jacuzzi or swim in the heated pool with a view of the forest or even work out at our professional gym with a stunning sea view. Nothing else can compare to the pool view and the quality of our property.
2. This 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment has a total area of 52 sq.m. and is well furnished with all the amenities/electric appliances to support your stay. With a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plates, spoons, knives, wine opener, pots, frying pans, etc.) so you can cook light meals (please do not cook heavy meals because the smoking alarm will sound). An espresso machine with coffee powder so you can enjoy coffee all day long (free at the coffee corner at the reception). We also have a hybrid dining table with eco-friendly chairs so you can work online for hours with a fiber optic LAN cable to ensure you have strong internet to work all day and all night long.
3. Located in an area connected to the tropical forest in the main town of Ao Nang, which has a slight slope (less than 35%). Walking up and down is a good exercise. However, we have a free golf cart service to take you up or down from the reception if you want to use our service. Working hours are 9.00 am to 9.00 pm every day. Please tip the driver 20-40 baht so he/she can take care of you at any time when you need. (Check the working hours at the reception floor again)
4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate so you don't have to worry about other expenses. During your stay
5. We have free drinking water with unlimited refills through our water dispenser located near each floor elevator (tap water is not drinkable in Thailand)
6. Must visit the rooftop of Building A to see the view of Ao Nang with a selfie as a souvenir and show your family at home so that they will want to stay at our house
7. Professional gym with excellent equipment (we have invested more than 50,000 USD or 1.5 million baht) for you and your family to exercise lightly or heavily for as long as you want. You will definitely love our selected gym equipment because the gym owner is a person who loves to exercise and spends 2-3 hours in the gym every day. Wealth is health versus health is wealth. 8. Beautiful saltwater pool with sunbeds with sunbathing area all day from sunrise to sunset (from east to west of the pool design)
9. We have free cleaning service every week for long-term stay or at least 10 days after booking.
Please understand that we do not provide any service here (because we rent the apartment both short-term and long-term).
1. We do not provide daily cleaning service, but you can buy this service from the office. It will cost 600 baht per time (including cleaning fee, changing bed sheets and towels) However, we provide free weekly cleaning service for long-term stays or at least 10 days after booking.
2. We do not provide breakfast.
Price includes free swimming pool, free Professional GYM, free car parking, and free WIFI in the Apartment and whole building. There is free goft cart service to pick you all up from main entrance upto the reception and vice versa.
We have full time staff to assist you during your stay and the host is easy to contact through social media.
There is no daily cleaning service, so please contact office to buy this cleaning service at fee of THB600, cleaning plus linens and towels change. Free weekly cleaning for booking more than 10 days of booking.
