2) NO durian in the house.
3) NO shoes in the house.
4) NO food on the bed.
5) Always SWITCH-OFF aircond when not in use.
6) The kitchen is for light cooking only.Please clean up after cooking.
7) Do not flush napkin,wipes,tissues,trash,paper towels, sanitary products etc into the toilet.
8) Cleanliness of the house is one of our top priorities! Do contact us should there be any issues and we will rectify it.
9) Violation of non-smoking policy will be penalize RM 200.
10) Lost or damage access card/ parking card will be penalize RM100 per card.
