The shower was broken, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms at all, and the bed mattress was unstable, making noises with every movement. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a harsh smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridors, rooms, lobby, and everywhere else. consider these problems before booking”

“We arrived at the hotel later than expected due to a delayed flight. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty. The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...
