“I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all...

“The location is perfect. There is so much within walking distance. We will definitely be back. It was a great size, very clean, comfortable and we will be back in the future! “We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location: about 2–3 blocks from Larcomar in a very nice, walkable area (there is a convenience store one block away). It’s very spacious and the balcony is a great touch; we had an amazing time watching fireworks around the neighborhood on New Year’s Eve.
The building security/welcome service was excellent, and we appreciated that the elevator goes straight to the apartment door.

“The department is ok, clean and comfortable. The owner replied every time i needed something. They have 24 hrs security in person. The only downside is that you can't bring visitors or if they need to get inside of the apartment they have to leave their ID in the reception area. Parking outside is very restricted. The location is good and very central to other places.”
