“This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

“This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

“I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!”

Die Villa hĂ€lt was sie verspricht, wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Ich wĂŒrde gern was kritisches Schreiben, aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren-fĂŒr uns war es rund um perfekt. “We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

“Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. StrĂžmbrudd pga belastning, dĂ„rlig rĂžropplegg og svĂŠrt variabel kvalitet pĂ„ sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av krĂ„keboller sĂ„ badesko er pĂ„krevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bĂžr man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig omrĂ„de, man bĂžr ha bil.”

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka dĂ€r vi bĂ„de njöt av sol och bad och kunde ta oss till Rom och uppleva pulsen i den fantastiska staden! Vi fick tips om en jĂ€ttemysig lokal restaurang dĂ€r vi firade min mans 50-Ă„rs Dag, med jĂ€ttegod middag! Vittorio svarade alltid snabbt och hjĂ€lpsamt pĂ„ alla frĂ„gor! “My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market...

“We rented this lovely house for a weekend in June 2017. It is a big house with a big kitchen that is perfect for a big family or two familes. We enjoyed good italien food in the garden after being at the beach during the days. Fregene is situated so it is easy to go to smal villages and Rome for a day. The pepole in Fregene were very kind and Isabelle was extremley kind and helpful before and during our stay. A perfect week in Italy!”
