4 double bedrooms on the first floor.

2 living rooms with sofas and armchairs.
2 dining rooms with tables seating 8 and 6 guests.
2 fully equipped kitchens with induction cooktops.

The air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a smart TV, ensure complete privacy and a restful night’s sleep. The living rooms, with their classic design and antique charm, are perfect for conversation and relaxing moments of reading. The dining rooms are welcoming and convivial spaces: one offers a beautiful view of the courtyard, while the other is more atmospheric, surrounded by a large bookcase.
The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses. All five bathrooms feature showers and include a courtesy toiletries kit.
NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION
The apartment is located midway between two of the most picturesque areas of Rome: the Trastevere and Borgo neighborhoods, just steps from the historic center. This peaceful and charming area is famous for its proximity to the Gianicolo Terrace, which offers a breathtaking and unique panoramic view of all of Rome. The Vatican City area, with St. Peter\'s Basilica and Castel Sant\'Angelo, is also nearby, along with numerous restaurants, cafés, and boutiques that make the area lively and welcoming.
Getting around the area is simple and convenient. The bus stop is only 200 meters from the apartment, with several bus lines (280, 62, 46, 628) providing easy access to the historic center (Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna. Pantheon). The Vatican City-St. Peter\'s-Castel Sant\'Angelo area is within walking distance, just a few hundred meters away.
NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION FOR GUESTS AT THIS PROPERTY
- You can easily access the first floor of the apartment via elevator.
- Room No. 3 is located outside the main apartment, just five steps from the entrance, and has a private bathroom.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.
- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.
- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
- Please note that the house features antique furniture, historic wallpaper fabrics, and a large collection of old books; therefore, the entire environment tends to be dusty and is not suitable for people with asthma.
