"Stylish, sleek, clean and comfortable hotel. Great accomodating and helpful staff that sorted out our booking when I had tried to add a third night, but had booked the wrong date. Nice gender separated onsen. Slightly odd breakfast buffet (big focus on asian tastes despite lots of western tourists) but a convenient food store next door. I would go there again."

"¡Una estancia excelente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, ideal para recorrer Kioto. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Además, nos ayudaron a organizar el envío de nuestra maleta desde Kioto hasta Tokio, lo que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más cómodo. ¡Fue una maravilla llegar a nuestro hotel en Tokio y encontrar nuestra maleta esperándonos al hacer el check-in! Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel al 100 %. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. ¡Volveríamos encantados!"

"The facilities were great, the free ice cream, the matcha latte. The staff are so attentive and kind, even with my rusty, broken Japanese they were very patient. And when I didn't understand they either used English or took out a translation app when their English couldn't quite bridge the gap. The onsen is large and the pools are so nice, as well as the sauna... Which had a TV (something which i never thought I'd see). Honestly though, I could do without a TV in my sauna. Sauna is for quiet."

"I had such amazing stay at the hotel (4 nights). Very stylish hotel and the room was big and roomy with a contemporary yet still cosy interior. Breakfast was nice and tasty as well. Highly recommend this Hotel in Kyoto if you want to stay very central!"
