“Great location, it is walkable to most of the attactions. We stayed in S108, it has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms. The air conditioners works well but the air conditioner down on the dinning room is a little noisy. The apartment looks like Ikea's showroom and pretty much everything was from Ikea! There is a full bath on the 2nd floor and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor right next to the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor, the dryer filter wasn't cleaned but otherwise OK. No laundry...

“Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly. ”

“I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and large this location is! I wish we'd stayed there for more than the one day, it was exceptional and very easy to check in and find. So convenient for the morning train, as well! The only thing I didn't like was the couch, it was pretty stiff. ”

“Nina is the perfect host! She is very responsive and the property was excellently located. Property has a lot of old world charm, but could use a few updates (cracked tiles, broken back window etc). Also when traveling with a group of girls, wish there was a security system! Otherwise great stay.”

“The apartment was quite large and well laid out. Our large group fit very comfortably and the kitchen/dining/living common area was a great place to hang out. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including old quebec and the grocery store. Karl was very responsive. The stairs to get in are steep.”

“This comfortable property is in the perfect spot in beautiful Quebec City. Plains of Abraham is a enormous, lovely park just behind the property with beautiful river views, dozens of picnic spots, and winding walking trails. Quarter Montcalm, an artsy neighborhood with many restaurants, is a short stroll away. Old Quebec and its history and charm is just down the street. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. “Great location as it's close to Old Quebec and easy to get to. The accommodations were comfortable and communications with the hosts was speedy. Having on site parking was a plus, just note that the space is tight, I had a honda civic but my passenger still had to get out of the car before I could park so that I would have room to get out. ”

“I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!”
