Villor i La Cartuja-ön

"I usually always stay in 5 star hotels, and although the views of this place are spectacular, I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of cleaning (they never filled up my water even once and I stayed for 4 nights). There was dust and dirt in the bathroom (I noticed when I dropped things on the floor to pick it up), but worst was in the restaurant - the staff didn’t clean the tables properly, I saw multiple staff just throwing the crumbs on the floor and when putting back the tablett and my napkins was even dirty (likely used by someone else) atleast once. Not good enough for the rates we pay. "
