The Space:

Welcome to your luxury retreat in the heart of Riviera Nayarit. This spacious 1500sqft (140m2) 2BR/2BA condo is designed with every detail in mind, offering a hotel-like experience with the comforts of home. The main bedroom boasts a plush king bed, large ensuite bath, and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is equipped with two matrimonial beds, a desk, and easy access to the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook, including a gas cooktop and large refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a hidden laundry space for your convenience.



The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto the covered patio, where you can enjoy the gentle breeze while relaxing in your private dipping pool. This outdoor space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or lounging by the beach. The entire condo is thoughtfully furnished to provide an inviting and comfortable atmosphere, making it ideal for families and small groups.



As part of a boutique resort, you’ll have access to immaculate landscaping, five sparkling pools, and a private beach club with plush day beds and towel service. The resort’s jungle gardens and winding river create a serene backdrop for your stay, immersing you in nature and tranquility. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this condo offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you'll have full access to all the resort amenities, including the five pools, private beach club, restaurant, and cocktail lounge. The Concierge Center offers kayaks, paddleboards, and tennis courts (temporarily closed) by reservation, with some services incurring an additional fee. You can also arrange for massages or a private chef in your condo. For added convenience, you can charge restaurant and bar bills to your room.



The Neighborhood:

Located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this resort is nestled in the heart of the Riviera Nayarit. The quaint fishing village offers a laid-back atmosphere with a range of activities to enjoy. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the lively Marina with fresh seafood, live music, and a Sunday market that showcases local artisans. The resort’s prime location allows you to explore nearby towns and cities, such as Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta, making it easy to experience the best of coastal Mexico.



Getting Around:

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a walkable town, especially along the beach, where you can explore various restaurants and local attractions. The famous seafood market is just a 5-minute walk down the beach, offering the freshest catch of the day. The resort also provides a convenient golf cart service to take you to the beach club and around the property.



Other Things to Note:

This property strictly prohibits pets and smoking.

The whirlpool on the patio is a minipool with a hydro massage system (it is NOT a jacuzzi with hot water).

We are not associated with the hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning services can be arranged for a small fee. Upon check-in, All renters are required to provide a SECURITY DEPOSIT to guarantee compliance with this Code of Conduct and Coexistence, either in cash or by bank voucher (credit card), in the amount of $3,000.00 MXN (Three Thousand Mexican Pesos) upon entry to the Master Condominium.



This deposit is intended to guarantee payment of any possible financial penalties that may be incurred due to violations of this Code of Conduct and Coexistence.



The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded at the end of the occupancy period, provided that no penalties are incurred. This requirement is waived in cases where the Administrator acts as the guarantor.
