“The furniture in the house is small, making the spaces look bigger than in the photos. The house and rooms are very small.The house is on a shared property with another house. That was never communicated in the listing or with check in instructions from the host. It made the check in process very confusing.There is an infestation of ants. We noticed them in the kitchen cupboards and then the bathrooms. Later we saw a huge line traveling from outside and entering through cracks in the stucco....

“We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!”

“This house is in a rural neighborhood, with a convenient connecting street for quick trips to the harbor, or freeways, for shops and activities.We had four in our group and with the blow up mattress each had their own bed. This property was very clean, had all the amenities, and big enough not to feel crowded.Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the property managers for a very comfortable stay.”
