“The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. The cleaning of the pool didn't appear as we were told and the pool area can be updated to match the rest of the house. “Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....”

The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks.
