On arrival, there was confusion as to whether we had booked breakfast (even though "free breakfast" is shown on Expedia website.) "They forgot to give our passports back. And when we checked out and payed for everything even then she didn’t notice the passports. Big mistake from a “4 star hotel”. So left in the car stressed and the trip was runned."
