“The cottage is stunning with paintings by the owner herself. It was like staying in a gallery. Every detail was accounted for and we have absolutely nothing to suggest for improvement. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere. One of the highlights of our stay was just sitting down with Ellen and Mike and hearing their story. Thank you for such a perfect weekend. We will definitely be back.”

“This carriage house exceeded our expectations. The owners were lovely and available to answer our questions promptly. They are very knowledgeable about the area. The carriage house had everything we could possibly need (and more). It was clean and spacious. Our favorite spot was the breakfast nook. Perfect for drinking morning coffee as the sun rose. If you stay, make sure you plan a sunset on the dock. It’s stunning. There is so much to do in this area. We enjoyed Hunting state park, downtown...

The house is centrally located and it’s easy to get around in various directions. A short and easy bike ride to the beach. We definitely plan on renting it for our next trip to HHI. ”

The Local Pie has great pizza. The Slider Bar had some of the best burgers and fries and go check out The Pearl kitchen & Bar for a nice dinner. ”
