One of the throw pillows had a stain on it. The kitchen was well equipped. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. The location to the beach was great. You can hear the ocean if you walk to the corner. “Aiken popped up as a middle location between friends in Florida and Virginia so we decided to meet there for a 4 night stay. The Cottage was PERFECT as we each wanted our own bedrooms! “Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. ”

“Everything was great; however, the Keurig coffee maker kept spewing coffee and grounds from the pods. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not probably needs to be replaced. We then used the coffeemaker with the pot. ”
