“Lovely space and situation, unique. Close to the AT, as well.”

“We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly, and was flexible with our plans, which made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns we had were addressed right away. The home was clean, had upgraded appliances, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks, complimentary tea, and tea kettle. The number of rooms worked perfectly for our family.A few suggestions that could make future stays even better:Adding full‑length mirrors in the...

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit...

“This property was more than what I expected. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. The only items we needed to bring were our clothes. Everything else was provided! I mean EVERYTHING! And working with Terri and Frank was a pleasure. If you are in need of rental, please don’t pass this one up! Trust me, you will not be disappointed at all!”

“This property is really special. Up a long driveway that provides a lot of privacy, it has a beautiful large back deck perfect for enjoying coffee and a sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms for guests! I stayed there with 5 other women all in our 70s to celebrate a birthday and we had a blast! We really enjoyed the indoor pool, the air hockey and billiard table! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the house was quiet at night and very restful. The only issues were minor: no sponges for the...

“The home has recently been renovated and it is very well presented with luxury furnishings and an excellently stocked kitchen. Views are amazing over the Hudson towards Beacon.”

“A large lovely house on beautiful property! We liked sitting on the porch and eating at the picnic table so we could enjoy the nature views. The host was very nice and stopped by the first night to build a fire in the firepit for us. Wifi was strong, which was helpful since some of us didn't get cell service. It was a nice bonus saying hi to the horses and the dogs at the barn. Also, there were six bedrooms (one more than listed) so everyone in our group got their own room.”

“Seth was great and the property was really nice. Never did see any fitness center, not sure where that was, but it was a really nice place and I would definetly stay there again.”
