“The host was very responsive. The house was in a great location for our needs, as we were attending a family reunion nearby and needed additional space.Beds were very comfortable. The use of the golf cart was a huge benefit, that came in very handy.”

“Really great location for stand up paddle boarding. Quiet, had everything we needed, and neighbors were very welcoming. ”

“Stayed there for a couple of days after our wedding. The small kitchen was perfect for just the two of us. The hosts have a website set up as a guide to the cottage and surrounding area. It led us to a swimming and fishing area within a 5 minute walk that was very nice. Scout, the neighborhood dog, was very sweet and followed us on our walk while we were still on the property. We hope to come back and stay again some day. Overall a much better value than a hotel.”

“We absolutely loved this place. The pool and hot tub were perfect but the view of the pond Texas countryside sets this place apart. The beds were super comfortable. Our whole family loved the stay and feel super refreshed after a few days at Honey Farms. The kitchen was well appointed and the ability to cook on the Big Green Egg or the gas grill was a huge plus. We loved that we could be only 25 minutes from a Waco activity if we wanted it just enjoy the outdoors. Lots of bass were caught just...

“Really enjoyed this property. We were in Waco for a volleyball tournament with our family and a teammates family. This was a beautiful property and I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Would definitely book again when we have more time to enjoy the beautiful house and surrounding yard, porches, and garden. Hosts were great to work with, easy to get in touch with, and understanding of our needs. ”

“The house was easy to access and was quiet during our stay. Able to sit by the fire and enjoy the outdoors. River was easily accessible for fishing but some areas can be steep for little children. Overall, we had a great experience. Host was great with communication. ”

“Centrally located - everything was about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this house so much! Made it feel like coming “home” every day. Very cozy, incredible choices of coffee in the baskets & just perfect for our little girls trip weekend in Waco!”
