“The Bear Paw cabin was perfect for our last minute trip to Green Mountain Falls. It's equipped with everything you might need, and located across the street from Gazebo Lake and several good restaurants. Our only issue was the claw foot tub/shower. Not a huge deal, but we're in our 70's, and while we're both very mobile, we had to be very cautious getting in and out. I don't know if installing grab bars is feasible, but would be helpful. ”

“Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer. ”

Our family had a wonderful and restful time, enjoying both floors of the house, comfort, indoors and outdoors, great mornings with coffee and fishing, enjoyable days in the Woodland Park and Colorado Springs area, and the gorgeous Mountain views were a daily delight. “For the benefit of our dogs, we sought a 4th of July escape from urban fireworks. We were delighted to find that Craig's cabin was well represented by the listing photos.The cabin is equipped with a mini-split cooling system, which kept it quite comfortable despite rising daytime heat; comfortable beds ensured restful nights. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the elevated food and water station for the dogs.”
