Room was clean staff was very courteous I miss breakfast because I didn't get up in time and breakfast is over at 9:00 probably should be over at 10:00 to give people a chance to get up and get their stuff together but other than that the state was really great

The fridge in our initial room was broken so they moved us to a new room on a different floor. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable, neither one of us slept much. The hot tub did not have the keys working.

The room was indeed spotless. everything was amazing. There were a few things wrong with the room it didn’t bother us at all but for future guests. The bathroom door would not shut properly we think it’s because of the door knob. The sink drain would go down slowly. Again it didn’t bother us at all ...

The house was great! Easy to access and wonderfully warm and cozy for our large extended family. It was even decorated for the holidays. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of games right there for you. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend. Thank you!

We stayed for my daughter’s wedding and it was perfect! Hosts were readily available if needed. They had lots of little treats and anything you needed at the house. Scenery was beautiful. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the views
