“This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. “Kayaking on the lake was lovely. The room was very clean and had the cutest cottage charm. We visited in May, but these units are well suited for winter activities as well, with the jetted tub, fireplace and kitchenette. The heat was off, the outside temperature dropped into the 40's after midnight and the unit was still almost 80° inside.”

“We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation.
