“I needed a place to stay with my 3 pets. It rained a lot (4 inches) during those days so the fenced yard was much appreciated. The house is spacious and was very clean. The couches and beds were very comfortable. But the house is showing its age and could use a little TLC. The lighting is insufficient IMO - especially on dark rainy days. There was no way to make ice. No blackout curtains. Cracked floor tiles and there is no decor to speak of. The neighborhood seems safe and is very...

“Older home but comfortable and clean. Definitely need to upgrade the bathroom and add a shower! Current bathtub setup is not ideal. Neighbors barking dogs is a problem too, they bark ALL night long. Very noticable in back bedroom.”

“A perfect spot for our family! The communication was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Everything was as promised or more. Grateful for an exceptional host and a lovely stay in San Antonio!”

“This place was everything hoped for. Easy to deal with and very tentative with questions.”

“Loved the views, big open spaces and roaming farm animals. Very relaxing!”

“They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

There was also no kitchen towels so we went through paper towels pretty quickly. No washcloths in the bathrooms, and the listing advertises beach towels, but there were none at the property. Just in case someone is counting on those, there are none. The floors throughout the house had blue painters tape on them which was odd to us, but maybe the...

“The farmhouse stay was perfect for a quick trip through Boerne. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and interaction with the chickens and the sheep. The kitchen appliances were great. Nice little get away with close access to downtown Boerne.”
