“Jätte bra på alla sätt. Väldigt trevlig personal. Människorna var överlag väldigt trevliga hjälpsamma vart vi än kom. ”

“Everthing was good, and the staff is exceptional. So nice and accommodating. A big minus was the air conditioning in the room. You can't singlehandedly switch from heat to cold, it's by floor for floor. So we had to use a fan. ”

“Nice hotel. The look of the hotel from the outside and the reception gives it a touch of Fawlty Towers, but luckily the service is not copied from the TV-series. It gives it an English taste. The hotel room was actually in another building then where the reception is, at the end of a corridor, but the rooms are OK.”

“I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel ”
