“The room was lovely, nice and big and well decorated. Lovely bathroom too. The pub was great, we only had a couple of drinks and breakfast but no complaints. The only small thing is we only had one bath towel in our room, we intended on running downstairs to ask for another one but ran out of time before we head to head out. ”

“Nice hotel. The look of the hotel from the outside and the reception gives it a touch of Fawlty Towers, but luckily the service is not copied from the TV-series. It gives it an English taste. The hotel room was actually in another building then where the reception is, at the end of a corridor, but the rooms are OK.”

“I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel ”
