âI was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. Iâm sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately ÂŁ90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room.
Iâm not very happy and wonât return to this hotel â
âEverthing was good, and the staff is exceptional. So nice and accommodating.
A big minus was the air conditioning in the room. You can't singlehandedly switch from heat to cold, it's by floor for floor. So we had to use a fan. â

It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables
It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experienceâ
