“My family and I just stayed here this past week for my moms 65th birthday. The service as soon as we stepped out of our lyft driver was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and leis. Our bags were put on a trolly and rushed right up to our room. When we went to the lobby we were greeted warmly by Richard. “We were in need of a last-minute reservation (whole Waikiki was pretty much fully booked due to some big conferences in town). Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! So friendly, informative and attentive reception personnel! The room was big, spacious and tastefully decorated, the balcony overlooking both the mountains to the right and the sea to the left.
