"I stayed at Comfort Hotel Gothenburg and overall had a mixed but mostly acceptable experience.
The location was very convenient for me, as it was very close to my workplace and I could reach it quickly. The staff at check-in were excellent and very welcoming.
My room was on the third floor, but it did not have any special view. The room had a triangular shape and included a single bed, a work desk, a hair dryer, and a 32-inch TV with a few national channels. There was no fridge, electric kettle, minibar, or similar facilities in the room.
The bathroom was not very modern, but it felt clean. It had one hand towel and one large towel, and shampoo/body wash and hand wash were available.
One negative point was that whenever guests in the nearby rooms opened or closed their doors, the wall of my room shook. Also, when I went to sleep, I noticed that the duvet had a very unpleasant smell, but I tolerated it for the night.
Breakfast was generally good, and the restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but the room comfort and cleanliness of the bedding could be improved.
